Search Process

CEO Searches, Executive Recruitment and Team build-outs – they all require the same building blocks: Comprehensive Research capabilities, a strong network, up-to-date assessment tools, a high-touch, personalized interview process and the deep personal commitment of the consultant leading the search. A comprehensive understanding of legal issues, compensation structures and different cultures and their expectations complete the tool-kit we place at our clients’ disposal.

Our core expertise is combining an industry-leading identification phase (we ID anywhere between 300 and 1200 prospects) with a highly precise, personalized approach to high-potentials. Leveraging networks formed over 20 years, supported by a carefully curated database of over 300,000 former prospects we identify candidates with the specialized expertise and cultural fit our clients require.

An intensive interview and screening process follows the initial identification; a multi-stage screening process combining phone, video and personal interviews with optional psychometric evaluations and in-detail background and reference checks allow us to find the 3-6 finalists our client meets. The initial meeting between these finalists and the representatives of our client are accompanied by a Senior Partner of TH Bender. If required, the partner participates in follow-up meetings, even at an overseas headquarters.

We routinely develop the initial offer letter, develop compensation and benefit models and coordinate legal reviews of the final agreement making sure that no unexpected issues emerge post-hiring.

We accept PDF or MS Word documents only
