A comprehensive understanding of legal, compensation and international cultures (which are crucial to success) rounds up the toolset.

Our core expertise is combining an industry leading outreach effort (often to over 1000 potential candidates) with a highly precise, personalized approach to high-potential prospects. Supported by a carefully curated database of former candidates with 290,000 records we identify candidates with the specialized expertise and culture fit that our clients require.

An intensive interview and screening process follows the initial identification; a multi stage screening process combining phone, video and personal interviews with optional psychometric evaluations and in-detail background and reference checks allow us to find the 3-6 finalists our client meets. The initial meeting between these finalists and the representatives of our client are accompanied by a Senior Partner of TH Bender. If required, the partner participates in follow-up meetings, even at an overseas headquarters.

We routinely develop the initial offer letter, develop compensation and benefit models and coordinate legal reviews of the final agreement making sure that no unexpected issues emerge post-hiring.
