A global manufacturer of forged auto parts is actively recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for its North American operations. This professional shall utilize his/her existing knowledge and relevant experience in sales within the steel (and ideally aluminum) forging industry in the context of automotive applications, to strategically support the expansion of the company in the US. He/She will be responsible for managing and supporting the key account activities and will play a crucial role in furthering business development by acquiring new clients and partnerships while maintaining the existing ones.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or in any related discipline; a graduate degree (MBA) would be desirable. The successful applicant must have at least seven (7) years of leadership experience in B2B sales, business development and/or key account management within the automotive industry. Proven experience in value selling and strategic planning in account penetration particularly within the tiers 1 & 2, and/or the steel and aluminum forging industry is required. Demonstrated ability to successfully create and manage complex contractual proposals and negotiations is strongly preferred.
