Our client is among the world’s largest developers and manufacturers of specialty lubricants (i.e., industrial lubricants, greases, cutting fluids, metalworking fluids) used in various industries including automotive, mining, metalworking, construction, and power generation market. The Company is headquartered in Europe and currently maintains a very solid international presence employing approximately 6,000 employees in over 50 countries.

Our client is actively seeking four Sales Managers to be based in the West Coast (OR or CA), Tennessee, Michigan and Indiana – with each Sales Manager having four direct reports.

Candidates must have at least 5 years’ B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products coupled with at least 3 years’ team leadership experience. Ideally, this role requires someone who has outstanding sales skills along with a strong understanding of direct sales concepts and product and industry knowledge. CRM experience (Salesforce) would be preferrable for this role. Successful candidates must be able to travel (up to 50%) when needed.
