Our client is a market leading manufacturer of high-performance belts for conveying systems and other applications (i.e., drive belts, conveyor belts, garniture tapes) with over 50 years of industry experience.

While our client is already present and well-known on the US market, the company is now planning to establish a formal US entity to better facilitate its quickly-growing business stateside. To that end, we are looking for a hands-on entrepreneurial sales leader to pioneer the formation of the company and the sales organization and drive the strategy for further growth.

Our client is looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who has demonstrated experience in setting up or managing a new organization from the ground up – someone who has the exceptional ability to develop and implement the go-to-market strategy and drive sales, but must very well understand the operational functions of a newly established subsidiary within the framework of an international organization.

Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or any related discipline; a graduate degree would be desirable. Several years of sales, business development and/or key account management experience would be imperative for this role, along with experience in operational or general management. Background in the belts industry (or related) would be preferable. Prior sales budget and P&L management experience is highly desirable.
