A manufacturer of Test and Measurement systems is looking to recruit a proactive, dedicated, and forward-thinking professional to lead the overall sales, business development, and key account management activities in the company’s targeted markets in the USA. This executive will hold national responsibilities and is anticipated to play a central role in growing the business unit - aiming at a spectrum of industries as well as new markets. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled sales professionals while leveraging the existing and well-established products and services of its esteemed European parent organization.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any related discipline is required; a graduate degree (MBA) is strongly preferred. Candidates must have at least seven (7) years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and key account management in the USA. A solid background in sales of test and measurement products for gaseous applications and related products is highly desirable. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales-related skills including knowledge of processes and strategies with the ability to establish comprehensive sales proposals and negotiate contracts. An existing Rolodex of industry contacts would be highly advantageous. He/She must have a sense of global awareness and proven experience in working across different cultures.
