After researching the industry and identifying companies and executives with excellent track records we reach out to selected individuals on a very personalized and strictly confidential basis. Interviews are always conducted by a partner who personally writes a thorough evaluation. After the client meets with the finalists we run a background check which includes additional interviews with multiple references, including clients, peers, supervisors and direct reports. We provide expert assistance in contract negotiations, including compensation and benefits. After the assignment closed we periodically follow-up with client and placement to assure that everyone's expectations are being met. |
